Established in 2011, Student Experience is an independent developer of student housing projects. In recognition of its high standards of sustainability and minimal environmental impact, its Minervahaven complex in Amsterdam was awarded the BREEAM NL Certificate of Excellence and is regarded as the most sustainable student complex in Europe. In 2022, Student Experience is due to open a brand-new development in Madrid as part of its European expansion program.
